To see your scheduled posts on LinkedIn, click **Start a post**, click the **clock icon** next to the Post button, then click **View all scheduled posts**. The list shows every post waiting to publish with its date and time. For a company page, do the same from the page's **admin view**, so the composer opens as the page. Scheduled posts don't appear on your profile or page until they publish, which is why they're easy to lose track of.

Below: the steps for profiles and pages on desktop and mobile, how to edit, reschedule or cancel, and what to do when you're tracking more than one account.

## Find scheduled posts on your profile

On desktop:

1. On the LinkedIn home page, click **Start a post**.
2. Click the **clock icon** beside **Post**. Depending on your version it's at the bottom or the top of the composer.
3. Click **View all scheduled posts**.

In the mobile app:

1. Tap **Post** in the bottom bar.
2. Tap the **clock icon**.
3. Tap **View all scheduled posts**.

LinkedIn rearranges the composer from time to time, so labels and the icon's position may differ slightly.

## Find scheduled posts on a company page

1. Open the page's **admin view** (you need a super admin or content admin role).
2. Click **Create** or **Start a post**. Check that the page's logo, not your photo, shows at the top of the composer.
3. Click the **clock icon**, then **View all scheduled posts**.

Page and profile lists are separate. If a post you scheduled for the page is missing, you're probably looking at your profile's list, or the other way round. Other admins of the page see the page's scheduled posts too and can reschedule or delete them.

## Edit, reschedule or cancel a scheduled post

From the **View all scheduled posts** list, open the **three dots** (More) on the post:

- **Edit the text:** choose **Edit post**, change it and save.
- **Change the time:** choose **Modify schedule** (or **Reschedule**), pick a new date and time up to about three months ahead, and save.
- **Cancel it:** choose **Delete** (or the bin icon) and confirm. The post is gone; nothing is published.

Some guides report that on company pages the **Edit post** option is sometimes missing, leaving only the time change. If you don't see it, delete the post and schedule a corrected one. Swapping an image or video on a scheduled post isn't reliable either, so recreate the post if the file is wrong.

## Where this gets awkward: three profiles and a page in launch week

Say you're the marketing lead at a small company. Launch week has a post on the company page, an announcement from the founder's profile, and a follow-up from the head of product's profile, plus the same news on X and Bluesky.

To answer a simple question like "what's going out on Tuesday?", you'd have to:

- open the page's admin view and check its scheduled list,
- ask the founder and the head of product to check theirs, because nobody else can see a personal profile's scheduled posts,
- then look in whatever tool holds the X and Bluesky posts.

If launch moves a day, every person reschedules their own post. Nobody sees the whole week until it has already happened.

## Your options compared

| Option | Where scheduled posts show | Edit and reschedule | Several accounts in one view | Cost |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| LinkedIn profile scheduler | Clock icon → View all scheduled posts | Yes, per post | No, one login each | Free |
| LinkedIn company page scheduler | Same list, from the page's admin view | Yes; text edits sometimes missing on pages | All admins see the page's list | Free |
| Shared spreadsheet | Wherever the team keeps it | Manual, and can drift from what's actually scheduled | Yes, but it's only a plan | Free |
| Schedule For You | One queue and calendar | Yes, including drag to another day | Yes, all connected accounts | From $19/month for 15 accounts |

If your scheduled posts are on a company page only, LinkedIn's own list is enough: Schedule For You publishes to personal profiles, not company pages. It helps when several people's profiles, or other networks, have to be tracked together.

## Seeing every scheduled post in one place with Schedule For You

When each person connects their LinkedIn profile to a shared workspace, their scheduled posts sit in one **queue** next to everything else going out. Filter by account or platform, and switch between **Upcoming**, **Needs approval**, **Drafts**, **History** and **Failed**.

- **Edit:** open any scheduled post to change the text or media, or the LinkedIn-only version without touching the X and Bluesky versions.
- **Reschedule:** drag the post to another day on the calendar, or change the time in the post.
- **Cancel:** delete it from the queue.
- **Check it went out:** published posts move to **History**, and anything LinkedIn rejected shows under **Failed** with the reason and a retry button.

Clients or colleagues outside the workspace can follow along with a read-only shared calendar link, which also works as an iCal feed in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. ## Frequently asked questions

### Where are my scheduled posts on LinkedIn?
Click **Start a post**, then the clock icon next to Post, then **View all scheduled posts**. For a company page, start from the page's admin view. Scheduled posts don't show on your profile or page until they publish.

### Why can't I see my scheduled LinkedIn post?
Usually because you're looking in the wrong list: posts scheduled as a company page only appear in the page's list, and profile posts only in yours. Check that the composer shows the right name or logo before clicking the clock icon.

### Can you edit a scheduled post on LinkedIn?
Yes. In the scheduled posts list, open the three dots and choose **Edit post** for the text or **Modify schedule** for the time. If editing isn't offered on a page post, delete it and schedule it again.

### Can I see someone else's scheduled LinkedIn posts?
Not for personal profiles; only the account owner can see them. Admins of a company page can see the page's scheduled posts. In a shared Schedule For You workspace, everyone sees the posts scheduled to the connected profiles.

### How do I cancel a scheduled LinkedIn post?
Open **View all scheduled posts**, click the three dots or the bin icon on the post, and confirm the delete. Nothing is published.

### Why isn't my scheduled LinkedIn post getting impressions?
A scheduled post is ranked like any other, so timing and the first lines matter more than how it was posted. Our guide to a [LinkedIn post not getting impressions](https://scheduleforyou.com/blog/linkedin-post-not-getting-impressions) goes through the checks, and the [LinkedIn character limit](https://scheduleforyou.com/blog/linkedin-post-character-limit) guide covers what fits before "…more".
