- **Behind the scenes:** Show the lot before opening: one photo, one line about what gets set up first.
- **Behind the scenes:** Introduce one person on the team: name, role, the question buyers ask them most.
- **Behind the scenes:** A 15-second video of the most satisfying part of the job, no voiceover, captions on.
- **Engagement:** This or that: two vehicles options side by side; ask buyers to vote in the comments.
- **Engagement:** Fill in the blank: "The best thing about my last visit to the lot was ___."
- **Engagement:** Ask buyers what they want to see more of: three options, pick one next week.
- **Engagement:** Caption this: a funny photo from the lot, best comment gets a shout-out.
- **Community:** Shout out another local business your buyers love. Tag them.
- **Community:** A local event this weekend and whether you will be there.
- **Community:** Thank the buyers who have been with you longest; name a few if they are happy to be named.
- **Proof:** Post a delivery day photo. Caption: what the buyers asked for, what you did, one sentence from them.
- **Proof:** Screenshot a review (with permission) and reply to it publicly in the caption.
- **Proof:** One number from last month (vehicles delivered, buyers served) and what it took.
- **Education:** The one mistake buyers make before coming to a car dealership, and the fix.
- **Education:** "Sales team answers": pick the question you got three times this week and answer it in five lines.
- **Education:** A carousel: 5 things to know before choosing vehicles. One per slide, last slide is your CTA.
